At Little Leaps, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for our products with free returns.

Policy Details:

  1. 30-day return window from the date of delivery
  2. Product must be in its original, unused condition
  3. Original packaging should be intact
  4. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  6. Returns are free - we cover the cost of return shipping

How to Return:

  1. Fill out our online Return Form at www.littleleapsbaby.com/returns
  2. Once you submit the form, you'll receive an email with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely and include a printed copy of your completed Return Form
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided label

Please note:

  • The 30-day period begins on the date your order was delivered, as confirmed by our shipping carrier
  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that show signs of use or damage
